Looking for a home with character in beautiful Upper Bavaria? RE-BROKERZ is pleased to offer Haus Alpenrose for rent: a charming, well-kept detached family house that radiates warmth rather than the cool feel of a new build. Set in a quiet, established residential area of Lenggries, it suits families or couples who want rural calm while staying close to Munich.

Daily life centres on the ground floor, where an inviting entrance hall leads into a large open living and dining space with an integrated rustic kitchen and traditional wood stove. The living room opens directly onto the terrace and the sunny, mature garden, so breakfast outdoors and relaxed evenings come naturally. A guest WC completes this level.

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms share the bathroom with shower and WC, while the attic houses a third, particularly cosy bedroom with timber beams, wood panelling and views into the distance. From the traditional wooden balcony, the Alps fill the horizon. Parking is on the driveway, and energy class D gives a clear picture of running costs.

The Kaltmiete (cold rent) is € 2,150 / month, plus approx. € 280 / month in Nebenkosten for utilities. A deposit (Kaution) of € 6,450 applies. The house is available immediately on an open-ended lease with three months’ notice, offering long-term security for a household ready to settle in. Contact RE-BROKERZ to arrange a viewing.
