Standing alone in the dunes of Koksijde, with direct access to the beach, Villa Duinzicht is a holiday home for those who want the North Sea on their doorstep. The white-painted villa with its red tile roof and chimneys was built in 1952 and fully renovated in 2023, keeping its classic coastal character while offering the comfort of today. Here the days are shaped by the wind, the tide and the light over the dunes.

The living room is the heart of the house: floor-to-ceiling windows frame the sea above the dunes, while a blue sofa and a light oak floor create a calm, airy atmosphere. The kitchen-diner also enjoys a sea view, with a dining table for six that invites long breakfasts and relaxed evening meals. In the hall, an oak staircase and a cement-tile floor set the tone of a carefully restored seaside villa.

With 130 m² of living space on a 600 m² plot, the villa sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms so that mornings run smoothly. Outside, a sheltered garden terrace nestled in the dunes, complete with an outdoor table, is the perfect spot for lunch in the sun or a drink as the sun sets over the North Sea. Bikes are available to explore the coast.

The rate is € 295 / night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights and a cleaning fee of € 95. Wi-Fi and private parking are included; the villa keeps things simple, with no further amenities, so that the beach, the dunes and the sea remain the stars. Ideal for families or friends looking for a quiet, authentic seaside break. Bookings through RE-BROKERZ.
